Fusion Fire Safety can offer our customers a variety of services including routine maintenance, commissioning, installations and training. All commissioning work carried out by our engineers will comply with the new IS 3218:2009 standards and will be fully certified. In the case of larger scale projects we will work alongside a fully qualified, insured and registered electrical contractor who will comply with our Health and Safety Statement and will deliver an excellent quality ofworkmanship.

ON CALL FACILITY - We offer our customers an on call provision. This gives our customers the peace of mind in knowing that if they have any problems with their fire detection systems they can contact us at any time of the day or night on any day of the year. 

ELECTRICAL – As mentioned above, all electrical work can be carried out by Fusion Fire Safety or by IKE (Ian Kelly Electrical) and all work is certified and comes with a 1 year warranty as standard. FREE SITE SURVEY - we can estimate and evaluate our customers’ premises and the time required to carry out an efficient and expert maintenance on their fire alarm systems. We know how hard it is to cover all regulations and building obligations but we are here to help and provide a sustainable service that will meet the needs of our customers. 

FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT – our customers will not be charged for this service. Many problems and faults can be addressed and solved with a simple phone conversation. Unlike other fire alarm companies who do charge for this we offer this service as a good will gesture. 

FREE TRAINING AND START UP PACK – we will offer a free start up pack to every customer and this pack will include the following

• A hands on training session on the operation of the fire detection system
• Laminated instruction for the operation of the fire alarm panel
• Laminated building layout and device location
• Professional and user friendly log book

The training which we provide will be a brief, hands on run through of the operation of the fire detection panels and this training session can also be ran out of hours to accommodate shift work or unusual working hours. This training will build the confidence of our customers and will eliminate the fear and apprehension many people have of fire alarm systems.
